Ted Cubinar is the founder and president of Cubinar & Company, LLC specializing in Tax and Small Business consulting. As a tax professional, Ted has helped small businesses, and nonprofit organizations navigate the complex US Tax Code. Ted’s years of experience and on-going tax education enabled him to solve the most complex tax issues.

Ted has helped many small businesses, from infancy status as a startup to established businesses expanding into other arenas.

Prior to starting Cubinar & Company LLC, Ted was a Master Tax Advisor and Multi-Office Manager for Block Advisors

Ted has held management positions in the real estate finance and banking industries.

Ted has earned the Enrolled Agent (EA) designation from the Internal Revenue Service, and is an Accredited Small Business Consultant.

Ted is a member of the following associations: the National Enrolled Agent Association, the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, and the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants.
